Giveaway Details and Rules

• Eligibility: Open to Gen Con 2024 attendees with the following criteria:
  • must visit the Panda Lounge to validate your Lucky Draw Ticket
  • are 18 years of age or older
  • are not employees or related family members of employees of Panda Game Manufacturing
• Entry Period: August 1, 2024 to August 4, 2024, with a new draw taking place each day. Eligible entries must be received by 6 PM EST on the corresponding day.
• How to Enter:
  • Basic Entry: To enter, simply:
    • Get a Lucky Draw Ticket on the ticketing website.
    • Validate the Lucky Draw Ticket at the Panda Lounge.
  • Bonus Entry: To increase your chances of winning, you can earn a bonus entry by:
    • Get bonus entry tickets on the ticketing website.
    • Attend the associated Panda Seminar. A seminar ticket or generic ticket purchased through the Gen Con Event Ticketing System is required for attendance.
    • Bonus Entry Tickets are validated at the end of the Seminar.
• Prize: $1000 off Manufacturing Services & Expert Manufacturing Consultation with Panda Game Manufacturing. There will be one prize per day.
• Prize Limit: One prize per winner for the duration of the giveaway. Non-winning entries carry over to the next daily draw.
• Winning Selection: One winner will be randomly selected each day from the pool of eligible entries received by the daily entry cutoff time.
  • Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of each daily draw. Panda Game Manufacturing will post @pandagm on facebook and X (twitter) the winner on the following day of each daily draw.
  • Re-draws: In the event that a selected winner has already won another prize in the giveaway, a re-draw will be conducted to select an alternate winner for the prize in question.
• Prize Conditions:
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The prize must be used by December 31, 2025.
  • The prize can only be used for services provided by Panda Game Manufacturing.
• Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the daily entry cutoff time.
• Disqualification: Attempting to circumvent rules or manipulate the giveaway process will result in disqualification, and the individual may be barred from participating in future giveaways hosted by Panda Game Manufacturing.
• Organizer's Discretion: Panda Game Manufacturing reserve the right to interpret and enforce these rules at their discretion. Any decisions made by the organizers regarding prize allocation and winner selection are final and binding.
