Giveaway Details and Rules

Data Collection & Protection: By entering, participants consent to the collection of their personal data (name, email address, etc.) for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner). Your data will be processed in accordance with the General Protection Regulation (GDPR) and not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. You have the right to withdraw your entry and request deletion of your data at any time.
Eligibility: Open to entries with the following criteria:
- must fill out our survey and submit to complete an entry
- are 18 years of age or older
- are not employees or related family members of employees of Panda Game Manufacturing.
- Entries must be present at the respective conventions (Gen Con Indy, SPIEL Essen)
Entry Period:
2025 Conventions
- Gen Con: July 30, 2025 to August 3, 2025
- SPIEL: October 22, 2025 to October 26, 2025
One Entry per Person: Only one entry will be accepted per person, regardless of the method of entry or the number of entries submitted. Any additional entries submitted by the same person will be disqualified and removed from the giveaway.
Prize: $1000 USD off Manufacturing Services & Expert Manufacturing Consultation with Panda Game Manufacturing.
Prize Limit: One prize per winner for the duration of the giveaway.
Winning Selection: One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries received by 4 PM each day of the show.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. Winners will also be announced on X, Facebook, Instagram @pandagm & Bluesky @pandagm.com
- Re-draws: In the event that a selected winner has already won another prize in the giveaway, a re-draw will be conducted to select an alternate winner for the prize in question.
Prize Conditions:
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The prize must be used by December 31, 2026.
- The prize can only be used for services provided by Panda Game Manufacturing.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the daily entry cutoff time.
Disqualification: Attempting to circumvent rules or manipulate the giveaway process will result in disqualification, and the individual may be barred from participating in future giveaways hosted by Panda Game Manufacturing.
Organizer's Discretion: Panda Game Manufacturing reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules at their discretion. Any decisions made by the organizers regarding prize allocation and winner selection are final and binding.
